Pair Local Filesystem With Amazon S3

Another option for File System is to sync local filesystem with Amazon S3 for self hosted installs.

Currently the only options are:
Amazon S3
Amazon S3 + Dropbox
Local filesystem
Local filesystem + Dropbox

This one's pretty easy. Where do you anticipate the source of truth being? It has to be one or the other, don't say both :).
